Elio Marrocco is internationally known as a dynamic speaker and teacher of God's Word. He is widely esteemed as a man of God, an exciting pastor and minister of the Gospel. He has travelled in many countries preaching the Gospel both in the Italian and English language. Elio previously served as Lead Pastor of Betania, a multicultural centre in Adelaide South Australia, and as General Overseer of the Christian Church in Australia. He has a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma in Theology, Diploma in Education, Diploma in Counseling. He is married to Micki, they have three married children, Andraè, Deborah, and Esther.

Micki has worked closely alongside her husband Elio in various aspects of ministry for over twenty years in their homeland of Australia, and now at New Life Christian Church. She has a passion for Pastoral Care and Counseling for Women, and runs a multifaceted Women's Ministry at NLCC, placing special emphasis on building strong Marriages and effective Parenting. Furthermore her focus is to see young believers grow and mature in their Christian walk. To this end she provides mentoring, and teaches spiritual development programs. Micki holds a Diploma in Theology; Bachelor of Arts(incomplete); and is currently completing a Bachelor in Counseling.

Mario Spiridigliozzi graduated from the Italian Bible Institute in Rome, Italy. He pastored one of the largest bi-lingual Christian churches in Montreal, Quebec for 13 years. He also pastored Westwood Community Church in Coquitlam, British Columbia for 18 years. For several years he was the producer of a national radio program “La Voce Del Vangelo”. In 2007 Mario joined the Pastoral staff at NLCC. His main role is pastor of visitation, visiting the sick and elderly and anyone else in need. With genuine empathy, he brings spiritual encouragement and support. Mario is married to Mena, they have three married children, Emmanuela, Thomas and Joel.

John Chininea dedicated his life to Christ at the age of 15 and later followed God's call to full time ministry. He has been involved in ministry in various capacities and served as youth leader from 1991-1997. John is currently lead Pastor of our satellite church in the city of Brampton and is also working with us at New Life. He is currently completing his studies in Ministry. John is married to Lydia and have three children Joseph, Emily and Melissa.

Samuel was born and raised in Australia, but moved to Toronto in 2007. Prior to that, he served as Youth Leader for seven years at Life Christian Centre in Adelaide, South Australia. Along with his wife Esther, they are currently the Youth and Young Adults Leaders at New Life Church. Samuel is also serving as the National Youth Coordinator for the Canadian Assemblies of God. Samuel and Esther are proud parents to Levi Jay Iannucci.

Esther was born in Montreal and raised in Adelaide, Australia, where she served alongside her husband as leaders of the youth and young adult ministry. She was also part of the worship leadership for over 10 years. Currently she co-leads with her husband, the Newlife Youth and Young Adults Department. She has a great desire to build the next generation of leaders. Esther has a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics, practicing in various community settings. She is married to Samuel and is mum to their newborn son, Levi.
